Basically looking for someone to buy it straight up for 100k or more (not going to happen!) or help me turn this website into its true potential. Preferably a student from the University of Windsor Computer Science department who has knowledge of html programming and graphics design.

I can only get this website so far with my limited html skills and graphic skills.

If you want to help I would split the Google Adsense Revenue 50/50 plus other revenue stream which has been $5 dollars so far over one year...really not much.

But how I see this website going is by adding more and more Colleges/Universities throughout North America the audience could be huge.  If the website was completely done by user input where students from each University could rank and comment each washroom on campus then the need to individual check out each and every washroom would be gone.  There are over 1000+ Universities and colleges in Canada and the United States. If just 100 students from each school visited everyday that would mean over 100,000+ clicks per day or over 3 million views per month.  The revenue stream could be potential huge.
